None of these apps folks are mentioning hook into the digital ecosystem where you can see reminders and events on other devices alleviate you from having to pull out a separate calculator app, or building a report to see where you spent your money. Notability may have a bit of a lead on embedded media and linking notes to voice recording. Main differences are in gesture controls and note organization. GoodNotes/Notability: very similar apps IMO.

It’s more or less the closest thing out there to a Wiki on an iPad I’ve seen. Embedded media, cross linking between documents. ZoomNotes: not as pretty of an interface but feature wise it has all others beat. They are all great, but they are just a replacement for a paper journal. I have most all the recommended apps folks are throwing at you.
#FREE NOTABILITY PLANNER PASSWORD#
Notes: for general note taking you can password protect notes so those things you don’t want people to just have access to will require a password. Numbers: Budget tracking - it’s a spreadsheet with templates already available for budget purposes. Reminders: for goal planning you can set deadlines and they can be lists of lists, as well as they can display on the calendar I may sound a bit like the odd person out, but what’s wrong with using:Ĭalendar: for all your events create multiple calendars for different categories.
